Richland county serves more than 400 youth annually. In 2022, 11 of these youth achieved the rank of Eagle Scout.

Project Beneficiary: Richland County Dog Shelter
For his project, Trevor constructed two full size picnic tables that can also transform into benches for seating at the Richland County Dog Shelter.

Project Beneficiary: Open Bible Church
Chase's project was to construct a prayer stand so people can kneel and rest their elbows on the top of the box that for Open Bible Church. It is about 8 ft long and the stand has cushions to sit upon the top to make it comfortable. He also cut holes in the side so it will be easy to pick up for moving around.

Project Beneficiary: Village of Bellville
Keith created a "Puppy Pantry" where the Village could store dog food, bags, and other pet supplies.

Project Beneficiary: Mansfield Parks and Recreation
The South Park Garden shed in Mansfield Ohio was built in order to help the garden program at the park. The shed provides a safe, enclosed area for the program to utilize at their convenience. Nathan Cox and Kevin Wapner designed and built the shed to match the aesthetic of the other buildings in the park. This design approach added some unique items to the building such as hand crafted red oak shakes for the roof shingles, and dual opening door for a more aesthetically pleasing look.

Project Beneficiary: Shelby Helpline
Case built two sets of four portable nesting shelves to give the Shelby Helpline more shelves for the busiest times in food donation. Since the shelves are nesting, they can be easily stored so they can be put away during times of slower donations. He also constructed corrugated plastic can holder trays that way the helpline can use a uniform system when organizing the inventory.

Project Beneficiary: Village of Lexington
Isaac cleared out and marked various entry points along a river in Lexington. The 5 individually numbered posts clearly mark the spots where people can enter the river to fish or explore. Isaac enjoys fishing in the river. The river runs in a newer park for the village of Lexington and was excited to help add another feature that benefits the visitors to the park.

Project Beneficiary: Butler Town Hall
Alex up a sign at the Butler Town Hall. The sign is really hard to see and many people drive past it when looking for it. The village council loved the idea and said they would love that.

Project Beneficiary: Richland Rural Life Center
Eli revitalized the entrance to the Richland Rural Life Center. He built a new sign as well as a new parking lot.

Project Beneficiary: Clearfork Reservoir
Brandon created and installed a trail map for the Stoller Rd Trail at Clearfork Reservoir. This includes a map and brochures that will be available to the hikers in a weatherproof container. He also created trail markers for different paths along the trail for identification and to measure distance.

Project Beneficiary: Mansfield Parks and Recreation & REACH
Isaac's project is a gravel path spanning all the buildings (new and old) at South park. This path will benefit all visitors by allowing a way to walk to all the buildings without walking through mud. It will especially benefit elderly and disables people by providing a germ, flat and level surface to walk or roll on.

Project Beneficiary: Shelby Safety Town
The project is to construct 3 model buildings out of wood for Shelby's Safety Town Program. Safety town is a yearly educational program for young children which uses model buildings to create a small town to teach about traffic safety.
