Tuscarawas county serves more than 400 youth annually. In 2022, 11 of these youth achieved the rank of Eagle Scout.

Dover | Troop 5087
Project Beneficiary: Walnut Hills Retirement Community
Timothy's project was designed to help people at the Walnut Hills Retirement Center be able to plant flowers and herbs. He designed and constructed multiple raised flower boxes and planted flowers in them prior to delivering to the retirement center. Not only does his project beautify the grounds, it provides a past-time for the residents.

Strasburg | Troop 5072
Project Beneficiary: Village of Strasburg
Rory installed a flag pole and the proper lighting at the new Strasburg Village Hall. The new building did not have a place to properly display the American flag. The Strasburg community is very supportive of Scouting, so Rory's project was a perfect match!

Project Beneficiary: Camp Zimmerman
Camp Zimmerman had asked Chase for four 6 foot picnic tables at the Adirondack camping area. His project was to purchase/refurbish and/or build four 6 foot picnic tables.

Project Beneficiary: Twin City Christian Service Center
Alex renovated the lobby of the Twin City Christian Service Center.

Gnadenhutten | Troop 5429
Project Beneficiary: Camp Zimmerman
The project that Aidin completed was to reestablish the Sugar Camp Trail at Camp Zimmerman. Due to logging and accessibility issues the trail had fallen into disrepair. The previously established route become impossible and the stairs that were cut into the hill years ago are no longer safe. A primary part of Aidin's project was to reroute the trail onto a switchback that will be safer and easier to maintain.

Project Beneficiary: Dennison Railroad Museum
Mitchell's project consisted of installing railroad signs at the Dennison Railroad Depot Museum for display. He also put down railroad ties and stone around the sign.

Sugarcreek | Troop 5091
Project Beneficiary: Norma Johnson Center
Caleb built a handicap accessible observation deck at the Norma Johnson Center, located outside of Dover. There was an existing handicap accessible trail, however no view of the pond. Thanks to Caleb, all visitors can now enjoy the overlook of the pond, as well as wildflower beds that were also a part of the project.

Project Beneficiary: Camp Zimmerman
Parker conducted and executed a construction of a Gaga Bill Pit. Gaga Ball is a popular game between many camps. For context, a Gaga ball pit could be a wooden, 8 sided octagon or a 6 sided hexagon with sand or dirt inside the perimeter.This will be built at Camp Zimmerman, near Gnadenhutten, Ohio.

Project Beneficiary: Sacred Heart Catholic Church
Andrew cut down trees along the driveway at the St. Elizabeth Cemetery. He also cleared brush on the edges of the cemetery and placed a bench in the cemetery.

Project Beneficiary: Grandview Cemetery
Garrett rebuilt two brick posts which are located outside of the local cemetery.

Project Beneficiary: Faith Christian Church
Brad built benches and rebuilt the fire pit at Faith Christian Church. This area is used not only by the church, but also by the area soccer league and the Challenger Baseball team.
