Carter B.

Marion |  Troop 6046

Project Beneficiary: Marion Harding High School

Carter cleaned and refurbished 106 music stands for the Marion Harding High School music department. These stands are used for multiple music groups to include band, orchestra, choir, show choir, pep band, jazz band and many other things. Some of the music stands were very old and worn, after some bending, oiling, tightening and repainting they look amazing again.

Joseph B. III

Prospect  |  Troop 6046

Project Beneficiary: Dayspring Wesleyan Church

Joseph constructed a pedestrian bridge for Dayspring Community Sports from the parking lot to the fields. This allows for spectators attending sporting events to have a safe passageway when attending events at Dayspring. Joseph’s future plans to attend Cedarville University and study Civil Engineering served as an inspiration for this specific project.

Ethan N.

Marion  |  Troop 6046

Project Beneficiary: Dayspring Wesleyan Church

Ethan's project was building a pallet wall and 4 foot movable walls for his church. This provides a durable wall surface for a room that is used for our youth group, winter sports as well as other community events. The movable walls can be used to divide the room and for stops around the ping pong table.

Jacob V.

Marion  |  Troop 6046

Project Beneficiary: American Legion Post 584

My project aims toward eliminating a major burden on the local American Legion and that is the amount of donated flags that come their way. In nature of my project is straight forward. I will be building a box similar to a letterbox in design. The box will be purposed with being a central dropping zone for flags in need of retirement. Located at the main entrance of the American Legion, the box will be noticeable and accessible to everyone.
