Gavin B.
Lexington | Troop 7113
Project Beneficiary: Lucas Community Center
I had my Eagle project at the Lucas Community Center. We dug and planted 5 lemon thread shrubs with an outside dug out and placed two layer stone brick wall all the way around the shrubs. As well as newly planted grass and rocks placed behind the fence line to stop erosion. I was inspired to give back to the whole Lucas Community by making something for the Community because I go to school for Lucas High school. It benefited the community and the community center as well as anyone who wanted to go see a nicely built project.

Thomas P.
Lexington | Troop 7131
Project Beneficiary: Village of Lexington
Thomas's project was a public bike repair station with all the basic tools to fix issues that riders may come across while on the local bike trail.
Reed P.
Mansfield | Troop 7214
Project Beneficiary: Ashland Parks & Recreation
Reed's project was building 4 benches at playgrounds at Brookside West. He built 2 benches for each of the playgrounds. The benches will be made out of mainly 2x4 wood and secured into the ground by concrete.
Jacob R.
Shiloh | Troop 7406
Project Beneficiary: Village of Lexington
Isaac cleared out and marked various entry points along a river in Lexington. The 5 individually numbered posts clearly mark the spots where people can enter the river to fish or explore. Isaac enjoys fishing in the river. The river runs in a newer park for the village of Lexington and was excited to help add another feature that benefits the visitors to the park.
Dylan W.
Ontario | Troop 7521
Project Beneficiary: Mary Fate Park
For my Eagle Project, I repaired the benches in the outdoor assembly area at the Ohio Bird Sanctuary. The benches were crooked, rotten, and unlevel. I had to dig them up, change some of the posts, reset and level them, and then concrete the posts in the ground. This will provide visitors at the Bird Sanctuary a comfortable and safe place to sit during outside programs. The benches should be more stable and last much longer than they did the last time they were repaired.
